Ingredients
- 1 lb Savoie's® Pickled Pork
- 1 Whole head of Cabbage
- 2 Onions
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Yukon Potatoes
- ½ cup Garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp White Pepper
- Savoie's® Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Celery Salt
Directions
- Fill a large pot with 2-3 quarts of water and bring to a boil.
- Add cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and onions to the boiling water.
- Lower the heat to simmer/low and add pickled pork (cut into medium chunks) to the pot.
- Add seasonings: celery salt, garlic, white pepper, and Savoie’s® Seasoning.
- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for about an hour.
- After an hour, take off the lid and cook for about 30 more minutes.
- Remove the pot from heat.
- Top with Savoie’s® Seasoning and let sit.
