Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 Red Onion (sliced)
- 8 oz Baby Carrots (whole)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
- ¼ cup Garlic (chopped)
- 1 lb Fresh Beef tips or Savoie's® Beef Sausage (diced)
- 8 oz Savoie's® Pork Tasso
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets
- 1 Green Onion (chopped)
- Savoie's® Seasoning
- Soy Sauce
- Savoie's® Browning Sauce
Directions
- Drizzle olive oil in your skillet or wok that is on medium/high heat.
- Add onions, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet.
- Sauté for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add beef, tasso, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet.
- Season everything with Savoie’s® Seasoning, salt, and black pepper. (Optional: add red pepper)
- Let it simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid on, stirring occasionally until the meat is golden brown.
- Add 3-4 tbsp soy sauce, some water, and 1 tsp Savoie’s® browning sauce.
- Simmer for 10 more minutes with the lid off.
- Serve and top with green onion.
