Ingredients
- ½ lb frozen hash browns
- ½ cup Savoie's® sausage (diced)
- 1 10 ¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp margarine
Directions
- In a coated casserole dish, combine all ingredients. Cover.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake another 5 minutes or until top turns golden brown.
