Ingredients

  • ½ lb frozen hash browns
  • ½ cup Savoie's® sausage (diced)
  • 1 10 ¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Directions

  • In a coated casserole dish, combine all ingredients. Cover.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
  • Remove cover and bake another 5 minutes or until top turns golden brown.
