Ingredients
- 4 lbs red potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 1 large bell pepper
- 2 tsp garlic (minced)
- Savoie's® seasoning or other Cajun seasoning to taste
- ½ lb Savoie's® Pork Tasso
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup water
Directions
- Cut potatoes in ¼" slices.
- Add in pot with oil and all other ingredients.
- Put on medium heat and stir together until mixture begins to steam.
- Cover pot, turn heat to low, and stir frequently until potatoes are tender.
