Ingredients

Potato Flour, Chicken Flour (Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Chicken Stock, Chicken Meat Powder, Flavoring [contains Canola Oil & Rendered Chicken Fat], Lactic Acid, Calcium Lactate, and Sodium Phosphate), Spices, Caramel Color, Dehydrated Bell Pepper Powder, Gumbo File, White Pepper, Cornstarch & Less than 2% Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking).

Instructions

Bring water to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and sprinkle into water, whisking as you pour contents. Continue to whisk until base thickens. For best results, dissolve the roux in a small amount of cold water or broth first, then add it to your simmering pot. *Store in a cool, dry place.
