Instructions

Preheat the oven or grill to 350°F and cook the sausages for 10–15 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are evenly browned.

  • Does smoked sausage need to be refrigerated?
    For food safety, any and all meats should remain refrigerated until used. After 2-4 hours out of the fridge they can become subject to producing bacteria that cause foodborne illnesses. We ship all of our perishable food products frozen with dry ice.
  • Does smoked sausage need to be cooked before eating?
    Cook the sausage to an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees before consumption.
