Black Eyed Peas & Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb Savoie's® Sausage (cooked, chopped)
- 1 15.5 oz can Black Eyed Peas
- 1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup onions (chopped)
- ½ cup bell peppers (chopped)
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- Season to Taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in a 9x9, greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese over casserole before baking.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
