Ingredients

  • 1 lb ​​​Savoie's® Sausage (cooked, chopped)
  • 1 15.5 oz can Black Eyed Peas
  • 1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup ​​​​​onions (chopped)
  • ½ cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
  • ​​​​​Season to Taste

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in a 9x9, greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese over casserole before baking.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
